Job Engine
Reason:
While creating a data migration job, the Job Engine tries to find the remote File System Device’s access credentials from the Tape Engine. While doing so, the Tape Engine returned an error. This could happen for the following reasons:

Please check if the volume on the Remote Machine is accessible.
Use the Diagnostic Wizard to gather information for the following logs, which are located in the Arcserve Backup installation path \ LOG directory:
