While purging a session from disk, the operation failed because the session could not be found on the specified tape. The tape may have been destroyed or an internal error has occurred.
Action:
Ensure the following logs are available from the Arcserve Backup installation path\ LOG directory:
If the problem persists, contact Arcserve support for online technical assistance and a complete list of locations, primary service hours, and telephone numbers.
