Reason:

CARUNJOB cannot initialize the security descriptor.

Action:

Check the error string for more information about this error. In addition, setup creates a Local System account for use by the Job Engine. Check this account using the Control Panel Service and check the Startup settings for the Arcserve Backup Job Engine.
