MUX: Unable to create the multiplexing device group list. (EC = 0)

Reason:

This error message may result due to any of the following conditions:

• Internal error in media server
• RPC failure, or n/w problems between primary and the distributed servers in the SAN environment

Action:

1. View the tape log in the SAN environment for both distributed and primary servers for more information.
2. Ensure that the TAPE.LOG is available.
