Reason:
Arcserve Backup cannot log in as the specified user. This error appears when you do not have sufficient access privileges. Local administrator privileges are required to log in to the backup server.
This behavior can occur when the password was changed or is expired.
Action:
From the Arcserve Backup Manager Administration/Server Admin dialog, right-click the primary server and then click Arcserve Backup System Account to specify the correct user name and password.
