Reason:
Typically, this message is generated because of incorrect security information. When the backup job processes the backup of the remote server through preferred shares, if it backs up the whole node, it must obtain the list of drives and volumes and perform the backup operation. The Backup job generates this message if it cannot obtain the drive and volume list.
Action:
Ensure that the user name and password for that server are correct. The administrator of the server may have changed the password for security reasons.
Another cause could be that you do not have the security information in the job. When you submit the job, ensure that you enter the password and that the security information is in the job.
