Reason:
During a Arcserve Replication Scenario session restore to original replica node, Arcserve Backup backend needs to find out the physical path of the session from the Arcserve Backup database. When the Arcserve Backup database query fails, this message is logged.
Action:
Verify that the Arcserve Backup database engine is running and without any problems.
Merge the session into the Arcserve Backup database.
If the problem persists, contact Arcserve support for online technical assistance and a complete list of locations, primary service hours, and telephone numbers.
