The Arcserve Backup Job Scheduler cannot create the process because the executable file does not exist or the security account provided does not have execution privileges for the executable file.

Action:

• Verify the path of the executable file is correct and the syntax is valid.
• Check the file security of the executable file to verify the security account provided has Read and Execute privileges.
