Reason:
There is a large discrepancy between the reported file size and the actual amount of data contained in the file.
Action:
Check the file or file system it is on for possible corruption or errors.
If you are backing up using preferred shares or network neighborhood, try using the Client Agent instead. Something may be preventing Arcserve Backup from receiving the file data stream.
