Backup Server

Reason:

When the session is encrypted, the backup server needs to decrypt the data before using it. This decryption error message may result due to any of the following conditions:

• Session password that you provided is incorrect.
• Session data is corrupted.

Action:

1. Verify the correct session password.
2. If the problem persists, contact Arcserve support for online technical assistance and a complete list of locations, primary service hours, and telephone numbers.
