For Exchange 14 Doc level agent, Task cannot connect to the default CAS server, and tried to connect to the active copy server. But the performance on the active copy server is lower than the default CAS server.

Action:

If you want to do a Backup/Restore by default CAS server, check the configuration of Exchange Doc level agent on the default CAS server.
