Task
Reason:
The Arcserve Backup server fails to detect the Exchange database copy status in the Database Availability Group due to one of following reasons:
1. Exchange agent failed to initialize or run the power shell.
2. Exchange agent failed to return the database copy status to the Arcserve Backup server.
Action:
Check the Exchange agent log and trace.
