VSS option does not have a grace period. Please get a license for <primary server's name> for machine <agent server's name>.

Reason:

VSS option has no grace period if Open File Agent is not installed with Client Agent. In grace period, if user submitted a normal backup job with VSS option, this message will be output to the Activity Log, or this job is running on grace period.

Action:

1. Buy a OFA license and apply to the Arcserve server.
2. Disable VSS option in global options for this backup job.
