Task
Reason:
At the end of the data migration, the Database Task tries to create a mapping between the session on disk and the session on final media. While doing so, the Database returned an error because of an internal error.
Action:
Check if the database engine is still running. Make sure the server which hosts the Database is reachable and also make sure that the Database services are running.
Ensure the following log files are available from the Arcserve Backup installation path \LOG directory:
Note: The ARCserve.log is not generated automatically. To create the ARCserve.log, you need to run the following script: “ca_log –view Activity.log > ARCserve.log” to dump the contents of the Activity.log into this newly-created ARCserve.log file.
