Reason:

The Data Migration job failed. The other error messages before this message would provide more detailed reasons on the migration failures.

Action:

Ensure the following log files are available from the Arcserve Backup installation path \LOG directory:

• JobQueue.log
• TAPE.LOG
• ARCserve.log

  Note: The ARCserve.log is not generated automatically. To create the ARCserve.log, you need to run the following script: “ca_log –view Activity.log > ARCserve.log” to dump the contents of the Activity.log into this newly-created ARCserve.log file.
