Reason:
During merge, Arcserve Backup will try to position to the catalog file that is located in the end of the session, and then merge the session through the catalog file.
Action:
This message could be caused by:
- Bad media
- Media drive does not support media catalog
- Catalog file is corrupted or missing for that backup session
