Unable to find media. (MEDIA=media_name [S/N: serial_number], SEQ=sequence_number)

Reason:

Arcserve Backup cannot find the specified sequence of the media. The media may be damaged or unavailable, or the storage device heads may need cleaning.

Action:

1. Mount the media specified in the error message, a media in the scratch set (if the media pool is specified in the job), or a blank media to a slot or drive belonging to the device group.
2. If necessary, clean the heads.
3. Run the job again.
