1. Universal Agent is shutdown on that server
2. SQL server is shutdown on that server
3. No push SQL agent is installed on that server
4. Network problem

Action:

1. If Universal Agent is shutdown, start it.
2. If SQL server is shutdown, start it.
3. If no push SQL agent is installed on that server, please install it now.
4. If it is a network problem, please contact your administrator
