Cannot create a new vault record for MMO. (EC = error code)

Media Management Option (MMO)

Reason:

Failed to create a new vault record. If you use an incorrect vault table, or the same vault ID, the vault table is locked by MMO status, and the MMO Database does not allow you to create a new vault record.

Action:

• Use the command line utility ("ca_mmo -reset") to unlock the MMO status.
• Check the error code.
