Reason:
The DBENG.EXE module could not notify the Service Control Manager to reflect its current status.
Action:
Under most conditions, restart the Database Engine to correct the problem. If the problem persists, check the error string in the Activity Log for more information about this error. Next, perform corrective actions based on the problems described in the Activity Log.
