Module
Tape RAID Option
Reason:
The RAID media set has media with different amounts of data on it. This condition can occur if, in a fault tolerant RAID media set, one media was removed, a backup was performed, and the missing media was brought in again. One of the media is shorter, typically due to a previous media error or hardware error.
Action:
One of the tape drives in the Level 1 RAID had failed during the last backup to the tape set, and, as a result, the data on one tape is less than the data on the other. Arcserve Backup uses the tape with maximum data on it and continues the job. Check the media and hardware. You can recreate this media using the Rebuild command.
