Reason:

The specified tape drive has requested cleaning, but the Tape Engine is unable to do an automatic cleaning either because there is no cleaning tape in the library or because the cleaning tape has expired. The drive is disabled until a manual cleaning is performed on the drive.

Action:

A manual cleaning must be performed to enable the drive again.
