Reason:
This server is the only active SAN server, besides the Primary Server, and it cannot communicate to the Primary Server and any other server.
Action:
To promote this server to Primary Server if the Primary Server is down, run the SANTools.exe utility in the product installation directory (by default, \Program Files\CA\ARCserve Backup\).
