Reason:
This error message indicates that Arcserve Backup detected that a media was still inserted into the library. The slot information that the media came from is not available.
Either the tape was manually inserted into the library from the front door or the slot information was lost.
Action:
Typically, you should not manually insert media into library drives. Run a regular inventory of the library.
