Reason:
Failed to connect to the client agent. Arcserve Backup will try to connect to the agent through TCP protocol again.
Action:
- Check the network status between the agent and the Arcserve Backup server.
- Verify that the client agent has been installed on that machine.
- Verify that the Arcserve Backup Universal Agent is running on that machine.
