Reason:
The media engine was unable to repair the last session. This could be caused by faulty media or a drive that requires cleaning or maintenance.
Action:
Scan the tape for media errors. If media errors are reported in the Activity log, then replace the media with a serviceable one. You can also try cleaning the drive. Take the output return code and look it up in the Tape Engine Messages section for more information.
