Reason:
The media engine returned an error when connecting to a tape.
Action:
Ensure that you entered the correct tape name, random id, and sequence number. If the tape name has spaces in it, ensure that the entire name is bounded by quotes. Take the output return code and look it up in the Tape Engine Error Messages section for more information.
