Reason:
The overall status of the tape copy job is Failed. This status will be caused by any catastrophic error condition reported during the job. Any error in managing the source or destination media would also cause an overall status of Failure. This message would follow a number of error messages in the Activity log that give more specific information on the actual error condition that triggered this overall failed status.
Action:
The output errors previous to this message have associated help files that can give you more specific information on taking corrective action.
