Reason:
The media engine returned an error when repairing the session on the target tape. This could be caused by faulty media or a drive that requires cleaning or maintenance.
Action:
If media errors are reported in the Activity log, then replace the media with a serviceable one. You can also try cleaning the drive. Take the output return code and look it up in the Tape Engine Error Messages section for more information. Scan the tape and take any corrective action listed in the help that is associated with Activity log errors.
