Reason:
The overall status of the tape consolidation job is failed. This status is caused by any catastrophic error condition reported during the job. Any error in managing the destination media can also cause an overall status of failure. This status is given if all the sessions in the consolidation list failed to be copied. This message follows a number of error messages in the Activity log that give more specific information on the actual error condition that triggered this overall failed status.
