Reason:
System State is available only on Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows 2003. Additionally, Arcserve Backup allows you to restore the System State only on Windows 2000 machines.
Action:
This is a limitation with the Client Agent. Check if the system is running one of the above Operating Systems or above.
