Module
Client Agent
Reason:
The System State session you are trying to restore contains an Active Directory database with an expired backup token. Currently, any Active Directory data more than 60 days old is considered to be expired. The client agent automatically prevents the restoration of expired data to protect against accidental submissions of old data.
Action:
We recommend that you restore a System State session that contains a more recent Active Directory database. If you want to force the restore of the expired data, you can set the "ForceADRestore" registry value on the agent machine to 1. The value is located in the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ComputerAssociates\PRODUCT_NAME\ ClientAgent\Parameters
Note: The PRODUCT_NAME portion of the location is different depending on the version of Arcserve Backup you are running. For example, if you are running Arcserve Backup, substitute "PRODUCT_NAME" with "Arcserve Backup".
