Reason:

The File Replication Service (FRS) component is not installed on the agent machine. This problem will occur while restoring the System State.

Action:

To remedy this condition, complete the following steps:

1. Install File Replication Service (FRS) on the target Windows machine.
2. Restart the machine after you install FRS.
3. Resubmit the restore job.
