Reason:
Before backing up Arcserve Replication scenario data, the Windows Client Agent asks Arcserve Replication to perform Assured Recovery or suspend the scenario to take a shadow copy of the scenario-replicated data. This error indicates that Arcserve Replication is unable to perform the Assured Recovery suspend operation.
Action:
Check the Arcserve Replication Manager that manages the scenario and verify that the scenario is running and is in a replication state.
Check the Arcserve Replication events log to determine if there are any errors or warnings associated with the scenario.
