Reason:

The Path entered as the VCB Mount path does not exist.

Action:

Make sure that the path entered in the "Temporary VM Mount location" of the Arcserve Backup VMWare Configuration tool exists. If the path entered does not already exist, then create the directory structure or enter any other valid path and resubmit the job.
