Reason:

Action:

  1. Check if the credentials on the ESX server are correct.
  2. Check if there is sufficient space in the target datastore of the ESX Server.
  3. Check if the target ESX Server is reachable from the proxy.
  4. Check the RecoverVM.log available inside the Log folder under the Client Agent installation directory for more information.

    Note: You can use the VMDK files to recover the VM. The path for the VMDK files can be found in CA_VCBpopulateDB.log on the backup proxy system. CA_VCBpopulateDB.log is stored in the <<Client Agent Installation Directory>>\LOG folder.
