Reason:
Deletion of existing Virtual machine might have failed, so a new Virtual Machine is being created. Virtual Machine deletion might have failed because of multiple reasons:
1. Unable to find unique Virtual Machine with the UUID and hostname combination for deletion.
2. Original Virtual Machine does not exist in the ESX server.
3. Virtual Machine might be busy.
4. There is some communication error with the ESX server.
Action:
Delete the existing Virtual Machine manually using the VI client.
