Reason:
Arcserve Backup failed to query the used blocks for one or more disks. CBT cannot reset because the virtual machine with UUID "%s" contains snapshots. Therefore, a full disk backup is performed.
Action:
To resolve this issue, delete the snapshots from the virtual machine that is being backed up so CBT can reset and complete successfully.
