Agent is not able to enumerate the storage group, database or mailbox.

Reason:

This message indicates that the agent is not able to dynamically enumerate the storage group, database, or mailbox resulting in an empty file list. There are several possible reasons:

• The current Exchange agent backup account does not have enough privilege to operate the exchange server backup.
• The information store service exchange server is shutdown.
• The current Exchange agent backup account does not have a mailbox on the current exchange servers.
• For the Document Level agent, if there aren't any items backed up in one Storage Group or one Public Folder, the job and the session will be marked as a failed status.

Action:

• Ensure that the agent is able to browse storage groups, databases, and mailboxes.
• Ensure the information store service exchange server is running.
• Ensure the Exchange agent backup account has a mailbox on the current exchange servers.
