Agent for Microsoft Exchange Server
Reason:
The Exchange Doc level agent couldn't restore data back to the Exchange server. The cause may be one of the following reasons:
1. Exchange server service is down. For example, the Information store service.
2. Exchange mailbox database is not mounted.
3. Exchange mailbox server lost the connection to Exchange CAS (client access server) during the restore.
4. If you set up the CAS array (client access server array), the server in CAS array which the Exchange Doc level agent connects to does not work during the restore.
Action:
1. Make sure the Exchange server service runs properly.
2. Make sure the Exchange mailbox database is mounted.
3. Make sure Exchange CAS (client access server) works.
4. If you are working with Exchange CAS array, make sure at least one CAS server works in CAS array.
5. Check the agent side log and trace for details.
