Hardware Shadow Copy error: The hardware shadow copy process is not started on Backup Server.

Reason:

The HORCM instance for the disk array management utilities is not started.

Action:

To start the HORCM instance, go to HORCM home directory, open a Command Prompt and type the following command: “horcmstart”. See the HORCM manual for details.
