Setting up Event Log Recipients

To set up Event Log recipients

  1. In the object list, under the Configuration category, highlight the Event Log leaf item.
  2. Click on the New Item toolbar button or use the right-click menu. The Event Log Recipients window is displayed.
  3. Search the Microsoft Windows Network tree for the server or servers to which you want to send information.

    Note: You cannot select server(s) at a domain level.

  4. Click Add to move the server into the recipients list. You are prompted for name and password information.
  5. Make all desired selections and click OK to finish.
