Dagent failed to allocate Shared Memory. (EC=[error code], [error string])

Reason:

Device Agent will allocate shared memory for the sake of backup/restore.

But it failed to allocate the shared memory. This may be caused by the lack of system resources.

Action:

1. Check the return code.

2. Check the system Shared Memory maximum size if larger than 8MB, Device Agent needs more than 8MB of Shared Memory for each instance.
