Enterprise Option for DB2 UDB
Reason:
The user provided an invalid user name and/or password for the DB2 database in the Arcserve Backup GUI.
Action:
Enter a valid user name and password for the DB2 database in the Arcserve Backup GUI and resubmit the job.
If the problem persists, contact Arcserve support for online technical assistance and a complete list of locations, primary service hours, and telephone numbers.
