Enterprise Option for DB2 UDB
Reason:
The Enterprise Option for DB2 UDB received an invalid DB2 instance name from Arcserve Backup.
Action:
Verify the name of the DB2 instance in the error message. The instance name format should be DB2:<instance name>.
If the problem persists, contact Arcserve support for online technical assistance and a complete list of locations, primary service hours, and telephone numbers.
