Enterprise Option for DB2 UDB
Reason:
The database is using circular logging instead of archival logging. Only full offline backups are allowed when using circular logging.
Action:
Make sure to submit a full offline backup of the database.
If the problem persists, contact Arcserve support for online technical assistance and a complete list of locations, primary service hours, and telephone numbers.
