Enterprise Option for DB2 UDB
Reason:
An invalid DB2 user was provided in the Arcserve Backup GUI. The user is not authorized to backup/restore the DB2 database.
Action:
Enter a user with proper SYSADM, SYSCTRL or SYSMAINT authority in the Arcserve Backup GUI and resubmit the job.
If the problem persists, contact Arcserve support for online technical assistance and a complete list of locations, primary service hours, and telephone numbers.
