Reason:
Failed to read the Arcserve Domain Configuration file discovery.cfg in the configuration subdirectory of the Arcserve home directory or the content of the file was invalid.
Action:
Check if the Domain Configuration file discovery.cfg is in the configuration subdirectory of the Arcserve home directory and if necessary, correct its configuration. Rerun the migration tool.
