Reason:

The Agent for MySQL online backup process failed.

Action:

Verify that the MySQL server is running on the host where the Agent for MySQL is working. If not start the MySQL server.

For more information, check the following logs:

• Mqagentd.log
• ARCserve.log

  Note: The ARCserve.log is not generated automatically. To create the ARCserve.log, you need to run the following script: “ca_log –view Activity.log > ARCserve.log” to dump the contents of the Activity.log into this newly-created ARCserve.log file.
