Reason:
Member server could not connect to the Primary server.
Action:
To fix this problem, verify the following:
- The Primary server should be resolvable from this local machine. Use ping <primary machine name> to check the status of the Primary server.
- The Primary server Arcserve Backup Services should be Started.
- The ARCserve_HOME\config\discovery.cfg file should match with the Primary server copy of the same file.
